What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, business name, industry, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. That message often includes details about your business and its processing history, because that is what you are asking us about.

We also collect standard technical information that any web server records, such as the pages requested, the referring page, approximate region derived from IP address, and browser type.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to assess whether we can help place a merchant account for your business, and to prepare an application if you ask us to. If you ask us to submit an application, the information you provide is shared with the acquiring banks and payment processors considering that application. That sharing is the service, and it only happens with your instruction.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Sensitive information

Please do not send full bank account numbers, tax identification numbers, card numbers or scanned identity documents through the website contact form. If an application needs those, we will tell you a secure way to provide them. Anything sensitive that arrives through the form anyway is handled with the same care and is not retained longer than it needs to be.

Analytics and cookies

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful. Analytics cookies record aggregate behaviour and are not used to identify you personally. Where consent is required, analytics only load after you give it, and you can change that choice at any time using the privacy controls in the site footer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of applications we have submitted on a merchant's instruction. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, subject to any record-keeping obligation that applies to a submitted application.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email and say what you want done. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
